Submission Deadlines and Meetings
Submissions received by the last day of each month will usually be considered at the next regular REB meeting. The REB meets during the third week of each month except July and August. In addition, the committee does not hold meetings during the exam periods and during the holiday/pedagogical leave period in December.
The REB will make every effort to provide timely reviews. Researchers are responsible for submitting clearly written and complete files to help REB reviewers understand their proposal and the risks and benefits to participants. Submissions must be complete (answer all questions), and clearly written in plain language. The REB cannot accept submissions in draft form. Please follow the instructions in the submission guidelines.
